“I really enjoy living at Maryland Park through Northland Management! My one bedroom is perfect for my boyfriend and me. We enjoy large windows with lots of natural light and we rarely hear commotion from other neighbors which has been so nice to do online school. This apartment complex is nice because everything in the lobby is secure, laundry facilities are kept clean, and the management staff, especially Jeff, is very friendly and prompt with email replies to any questions I have! It is also very close to bus routes like the 30 and green line which I use all the time to get around the city. It is also a quick 10–15-minute walk to UWM's campus and close enough to places around the city for a nice walk like the beach, lake park, the Urban Ecology Center or local businesses like Bel Air on downer! I would say this apartment complex is an excellent place to live!!!! Also, It is so nice to have an elevator, dishwasher, and balcony here! It is really an upgrade living here compared to other apartments that UWM students live in. We also took the preferred tenant course offered through UWM and received money off our security deposit. I would say the value of living here is great!!!!”

We are also always notified far in advance if there are going to be any changes or work to the building. We feel safe and at home with our Northland Management apartment.”

“My one-bedroom apartment at Lakeland is the perfect place for young, working professionals to live in Milwaukee. The building is always clean and has been remodeled. The complex has several laundry machines on site, so you never have to be concerned about waiting. There are also extra storage lockers available throughout the building for residents to use (Perfect for storing decorations, dishes, etc.). Secure garage parking is available for an extra monthly fee (Totally worth it!). Lakeland is conveniently located within walking distance to several places. A bus stop is located nearby, but one could easily walk to UW-Milwaukee for class. It is also within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants on Downer and the Oriental Theater on Farwell. It is a quick drive to get downtown to the Fiserv Forum or the Summerfest grounds. The management team is great, especially Lauren! If I ever have any questions or concerns, I send her an e-mail and she responds right away. If you are looking for a new place to live in Milwaukee, I highly recommend contacting the Northland Management office to tour their apartment complexes.”
